Collected in short circuit, the milk used for all our recipes comes from small farms in the heart of the Alps. A milk whose quality and impact on farmers in the dairy sector are not left to chance...

We are committed to promoting and supporting farmers with whom we share the same convictions. A solid partnership, through which La Fermière undertakes, among other things, to guarantee better remuneration to partner breeders who are themselves committed to a responsible approach that reflects the values of the brand.

We want to perpetuate the dairy industry in Gap and around the Gapençais basin to allow farmers to continue to practice their profession in the best conditions and thus preserve the “milk of the Alps” designation.
