We take the time to ferment traditional way milk and cream under the action of carefully selected ferments. Our real vanilla pods are then infused for a long time in order to release all their aromas…

The whole vanilla pods are cut by hand in our workshops and infused directly into the milk. Natural vanilla can then reveal its delicate and subtle taste without artifice.

Our traditional process can sometimes reveal some marbling on the surface, or vanilla grains on the bottom of the pot.
