Our semolina from France slowly cooked in whole milk and cream, under the watchful eye of our trainer. Thanks to his expertise, he knows how to ensure perfect cooking to obtain a deliciously creamy dessert.

The whole vanilla pods are cut by hand in our workshops. They are then infused directly into the milk to reveal the delicate and subtle taste of natural vanilla, without artifice.
